-Due to COVID-19 and sanitary purposes, all sales are FINAL.

-Exchanges are permitted for hair extensions ONLY. All products must still be in their original state and packaging or it will NOT be accepted.

-All orders will be shipped once they have been processed.

-Processing time is 7-14 business days.

-Shipping time is 2-5 business days. Due to COVID- 19 shipping delays may occur.

-TheRyLook is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

-Please read ALL the description boxes for each product THOROUGHLY, before making any purchases!

 -When purchasing wigs, please make sure you choose your correct cap size. If you're unsure of your cap size (S, M, L) or how to measure your head, you can use the guide below to assist you. We are NOT responsible if your unit does not fit properly due to inaccurate cap sizing/measurements.
