What are "ready to wear wigs"?

All the wigs from the "ready to wear" collection are in stock, and will be shipped out the same day if ordered by 4:00 pm EST time. If you purchase a wig from the "ready to ship" collection after 4:00 pm EST time or after a business day, it will be shipped out the following business day.  

What are "wigs to pre-order"?

All the wigs from the "wigs to pre-order" collection are not in stock but can be pre-ordered and will be created for you, ONLY after you have placed an order for it. Once your pre-ordered wig has been made, it will be shipped out the next business day. The processing time for all pre-ordered wigs are 7-14 business days.

How will my wig look when I receive it?

All the wigs from the "ready to ship wigs" & "wigs to pre-order" collection come fully customized and styled as shown in the image on display. This means that all wigs come with bleached and plucked knots and completely styled, so when you receive your unit it is ready to wear.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all of our products via UPS & USPS.

When will I receive a tracking number?

You will be emailed a confirmation email shortly after your order has been placed, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 2-5 business days however, due to COVID- 19 shipping delays may occur.
